(Touhou Style|東方風自作曲) Tinkerbell of Inequality (七夕坂夢幻能 〜 Taboo Japan Disentanglement Interpretation)

Thank you for watching. https://touhou-project.news/news/11292/ ZUN had announced a new Hifuu album just recently, 七夕坂夢幻能 〜 Taboo Japan Disentanglement, and I'm shaking with excitement. It has been 8 years since the last one. ZUNs repertoire and skill as a musician truly shines through his album works, stuff like Trojan Green Asteroid are so well produced compared to his game works it's like night and day. The cover alone already is interesting. I think it'll be a dark undertone throughout, but we'll see. There's already wild theories up (a LOT of sleuthing even) and about with Merry and Renko being separated (disentangled) and this is the final Hifuu album. I'm going to be honest if ZUN did that that's so lame LMAO. Moreso, for the fact that Hifuu albums are ZUN's outlet for his music to shine. He just killing it off is insane to me. Oh yeah about this song, I chose 不等式のティンカーベル or translated to Tinkerbell of Inequality because I think it's the most mysterious but really badass(?) title yet. What's a tinkerbell in this context? Bell Theorem? And what does inequality even mean here. Making a Hifuu song is a bit harder than just the regular STG theme imo, because while themes from the games can be arranged to a Hifuu album track, I think it's harder to do the other way around. It has an energy where it's neither for a boss nor a stage. I mean, it makes sense as it's meant to complement a story and/or event. I opted for half-and-half, a dark tone throughout but with some contemplative energy. I think I succeeded(?). This song was actually completed on the 10th of April, literally a day after the announcement, but I was caught up on stuff, so the video was delayed until today.
