LIMINAL SPACES | Documentary | Backrooms History & Spirituality

The history and appeal of Liminal Spaces, from the famous Backrooms image posted online, to the spiritual and esoteric meaning of liminality. In this documentary I look at why such places appeal to us, exploring concepts such as Piaget's Schema, abandoned theme parks, old churches and ley lines. I examine both the secular and spiritual aspects of liminal spaces, including noclip and backrooms memes, and even the Thoth Tarot of Aleister Crowley.
