I also explain why purity and freshness are separate questions, and why price, color, and packaging cannot prove what is inside the bottle. Finally, I highlight the products and brands with encouraging published university test results, including Chosen Foods, CalPure, and Marianne's, while explaining the limits of applying historical results to every current product. I also share practical ways to compare labels, storage needs, product formats, and independent testing claims before paying a premium.
