Deep Into Guyana's Jungle: On the Trail of the Harpy Eagle | Full Documentary

Deep in Guyana’s untouched rainforest, wildlife filmmaker Rainer Bergomaz and Yung Sandy set out to find one of South America’s most formidable predators: the harpy eagle. Reaching its remote territory means hauling their boat and equipment over waterfalls, crossing rivers and climbing high into the rainforest canopy. Their goal is extraordinary - to locate a harpy eagle nest and witness the birth of a chick before the approaching rainy season makes their escape impossible. Along the way, they encounter giant otters, tapirs, caimans, sloths, monkeys and deadly snakes in a rainforest where some animals have barely encountered humans. #harpyeagle #guyana #rainforest #animals Wild Borneo: Inside One of Earth's Richest Rainforests    • Wild Borneo: Inside One of Earth's Richest...   Thumbnail Credits: Bild: Jiang Chunsheng, CC BY 4.0, bearbeitet Quelle: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fi...
