ශ්‍රි ලංකාවේ දෙවන නිදහස් අරගලය ලංකාවට නිදහස ලැබුණේ 1948 දී වුවත් ආයතනික මට්ටමින් තවම රටේ ඇත්තේ සුදු අධිරාජ්‍යය පිහිටුවා ඇති අධිකරණ, සිරගෙවල්, විශ්ව විද්‍යාල, පොලිසිය, රේගුව, රජයේ රෝහල්, පුරාවිද්‍යා ආයතන , ආගම , ගෘහ නිර්මාණය, පාසල් වැනි ආයතනයි. අද දින මෙම ආයතන වලට ඇතුළු වී ඇති පුද්ගලයන් නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපනය හරහා ඉහත ආයතන තම පුද්ගලික අරමුණු සාක්ෂාත් කර ගැනීමට උපක්‍රමිකව යොදාගෙන ඇත. අප දෙවන නිදහස් අරලගලය යනුවෙන් අදහස් කරන්නේ "විදේශික- ස්වදේශීකයාගෙන් " රට නිදහස් කර ගන්නා අරගලයයි. එම සටන කලු සුද්දන්ට එරෙහි අරගලයටත් වඩා සංකීර්ණය. එය නලීන් ද සිල්වා ගේ අරගලය සමතික්‍රමණය කරන ස්වදේශික නිදහස් අරගලයකි. මේ එම දෙවන නිදහස් අරගලයේ චින්තනය හඳුන්වා දෙන ප්‍රථම වීඩියෝවයි. The Second Independence Struggle of Sri Lanka Although Sri Lanka gained independence in 1948, at an institutional level, the country is still governed by the structures established by the white empire—including the judiciary, prisons, universities, the police, customs, government hospitals, archaeological institutions, religion, architecture, and schools. Today, individuals who entered these institutions through free education are strategically exploiting them to achieve their own personal agendas. By "Second Independence Struggle," we mean the movement to liberate the country from the "Foreign-Indigenous" (those who are local by birth but foreign in mindset and systemic loyalty). This battle is even more complex than the struggle against the "Black Whites" (Anglicized locals). It is an indigenous independence struggle that transcends the ideological framework of Nalin de Silva.
