Considering that South African equities make up only approximately 0.5% of global investable equities, diversifying one’s investment portfolio into markets outside of South Africa would benefit most investment portfolios.
In this video, I discuss two common investment approaches that are available for one to gain offshore equity exposure, and I show you how the one approach can be more tax efficient than the other.
