Restoring the Most Undervalued Vintage Omega Seamaster

In today’s video, we dive into Omega’s archive to rescue the Omega Seamaster Compressor, a hidden gem from the late 60s known to be the first square Seamaster. This forgotten reference represents a significant challenge in watch design that pushed watchmakers and engineers to develop an unconventional waterproof mechanism. Unfortunately, for reasons we will explore, this Omega model fell into oblivion after a short production run. This watch in particular came from a second hand site in absolutely terrible shape and it’s in urgent need of a full restoration.
