This is a virtual tour of the vast and beautiful Bekal beach park, located about 16 to 17 kms from Kasaragod town. Transcript: Hi friends, I am currently at Bekal Beach Park. As you can see, there is a lot of parking space available here. This beach park is about 1.5 kms from Bekal Fort. I shot this video on a Sunday, Durgashtami holiday and as it is a holiday, it is pretty crowded. Being close to Bekal fort, we get a distant view of Bekal fort from here. With lots of greenery, spacious land, kids play area and a long beach access area, this is a beautiful and vast park. As you can see, there is zip-lining, camel rides, horse rides and other attractions available here. Speaking of distance, this place is located about 16-17 kms from Kasaragod town and close to Bekal Fort. Ice cream, fast food items and similar food options are available here at the park. By the time it got a bit dark, they turned on all the lights. As you can see, the night view is beautiful here too. This park is open from 8:00 am in the morning to 10:00 pm in the night. I have been here many times, mostly on weekends when it is usually crowded. Weekdays are not that crowded. This is a great place to come along with your family and relax.
