Can I Tame A Desmodus With 100% Effectiveness? | Ark Astraeos Ep 42

Title says it all for this one folks. Going all the way back to Lost Colony I haven't been able to successfully tame a Desmo with 100% effectiveness so we are going to give it one more go today.
