Scenes from the John Day River | 70 miles from Clarno to Cottonwood

We floated the John Day River, 70 miles from Clarno to Cottonwood in June 2025. Flows started at 2700 CFS and were at 1700 CFS when we ended the trip 6 days later. Sunny weather, great fishing and not too many people made it a good trip.
