Volunteer Compliance without the chaos: A panel discussion for the Education Sector in ANZ

On any given school day, volunteers are everywhere. They’re in the canteen, at the uniform shop, on the sports sidelines, at the working bee, and on the bus to camp. Every one of them needs the right checks, the right induction and the right records. Keeping all of that current shouldn’t depend on one staff member, a shared spreadsheet and a drawer full of forms. Join Romalina Rocca, Deputy Principal (K–12) at Loreto Kirribilli and Elena Totino, Risk and Compliance Manager at Carey Baptist Grammar School in conversation with Rosterfy’s Kelsey Mulcahy. They’ll share how their schools keep volunteer compliance on track without burying staff in admin, and what they’d do differently if they were starting again.
