It’s always fun checking out what independent bottlers are doing and with this review I’m exploring a recent single malt release from The ImpEx Collection, a San Francisco Bay Area-based independent bottler. And here they’ve released a four year-old from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, located on the Inner Hebridean Isle of Raasay in the Highland whisky region of Scotland.
