We start with our milk room and show you all the equipment that makes processing milk very easy and fast. Next, we give you a demonstration of our milking routine with our milk cow 'Belinda'. We were a 'State of Texas Grade A' raw milk dairy for three years, so we hope to pass on some tips to you from our experience. Our system works great and we usually only spend 20 minutes daily to milk one cow. Such a great reward for so little time!
