Doctor is Surprised When She is Arrested for DUI

On April 10, 2025, Officers Rothenbuhler and Pinto were conducting patrol when they approached an intersection where the driver of a Jeep did not yield the right of way at the stop sign. This allegedly caused Officer Rothenbuhler to slam on the brakes in order to avoid a collision. He then initiated a traffic stop on the Jeep, which was being driven by a 30-year-old woman. The police report indicates that Officer Rothenbuhler could smell alcohol coming from the breath of the woman. She was asked to step out of her vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI). She refused to waive her Miranda Rights and answer any questions. She also refused to submit to a breath test. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
