Sultan + Shepard & Lane 8 The Little Mushroom That Got Away

Our new collab with Lane 8 is out now! Daniel has been very involved in our music for the past four years, and thankfully everything we've done together has been extremely organic. From the first demos we sent him of our music, to remixing each other's songs, and now collaborating on original music- we never set out with an agenda in mind. It's always been, "Hey what do you think about this?" or "I love this- maybe I can try something on it". Nothing has been rushed or forced or too planned. One minute we were sending some rough ideas back and forth and the next minute, we were doing a collab. One of our favorite parts of working with him is the emphasis on exploring new territory, and using fresh ideas to spark creativity. We were all really excited about how this song turned out because it felt different to what either of us had done in the past, and yet it fit seamlessly into both our sets. Hope you all enjoy! 🍄
