Your body is tired but your mind won't stop? Tonight, bring every racing thought to God and let His comfort take its place. A guided night prayer with Psalm 94 for the worries about tomorrow that keep you awake.
"In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul" (Psalm 94:19). We read Psalm 94 slowly, go to the prison cell where Peter slept in chains the night before his trial (Acts 12), and discover the promise of perfect peace for the mind that leans on God (Isaiah 26:3). Then we pray together, thought by thought, handing each one to God, for you and for every name written in the comments.

How to use this prayer:
Come back to this video for 7 nights. Each night, write in the comments which night you are on: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3. Before you lie down, write every thought that is pulling at you on a small piece of paper. Touch each line and say: "Lord, this thought is Yours now. Let Your comfort take its place." Fold the paper, then name one thing from today that is true and good. If a thought comes back in the night, say: "I already gave you to God."
Write the first name of someone who needs prayer tonight in the comments. We pray for every name.
If someone came to your mind during this prayer, someone who always seems tired and never says why, send it to them.
Subscribe to pray with us again. A new prayer every night.
Prayer is not a replacement for care. If your mind has been racing night after night, or you have not slept well in weeks, please also talk to your doctor or a counselor.
