Journey to Halduparao | Elephants in Sonanadi Wildlife Sanctuary | Chapter 1

Join me on a journey from Kotdwar to Halduparao Forest Rest House through the remote forests of Kalagarh Tiger Reserve and Sonanadi Wildlife Sanctuary. The route takes me through the hills, Rathuadhab Village and Vatanvasa Gate, before entering a much quieter and less crowded side of the Corbett landscape. Along the way, I cross rocky streams, scan the forest for wildlife and spot a beautiful herd of Asian elephants bathing and playing in the water. After this long forest journey, I finally reach Halduparao Forest Rest House, located close to the Palain River. This is Chapter 1 of my Halduparao journey.
