How I Get Super Relaxed Waves on Short Hair

I wanted to share a little tutorial of how I do these super relaxed waves on my short hair / longish bob! It's so ridiculously easy, but I hope it's useful still✨ Two notes - first, I made this a while back (which is why this hair is shorter than what I currently have, I did not get a new cut) and just forgot it in the drafts / editing.
