Why Buy a Gucci When You Can Knit One?

Instead of real fur, I took acrylic yarn and literally brushed it out with a pet brush to create that soft, fluffy texture. It’s chaotic, a little unhinged, and surprisingly effective. To make it even more “me”, I designed and 3D printed the hardware: – a chunky chain link strap – a horse bit inspired front detail I finished it off with a thrifted zipper, because we love a sustainable moment. This project is a mix of knitting, experimenting, and a bit of “let’s see if this works” energy—and honestly, I’m kind of obsessed with how it turned out.
