7 Shades of Faith | What Real Faith Looks Like

What does faith actually look like? In this message, The 7 Shades of Faith, we look at seven people and situations in the Gospels where Jesus recognised, acknowledged or responded to faith. Through their stories, we discover seven scriptural revelations of faith: 1. Faith is obvious by its actions 2. Faith has a definite expectation 3. Faith is persistent — it refuses to be silenced 4. Faith is never discouraged or offended 5. Faith keeps following until it receives because it believes in God’s ability 6. Faith takes God at His Word — it believes before it sees 7. Faith is thankful We look at the paralytic and his friends, the bleeding woman, blind Bartimaeus, the Canaanite woman, the two blind men, the centurion and the ten lepers. God can move in our lives through His mercy, compassion and anointing, but Scripture also teaches us to walk by faith. These seven stories help us see what that walk looks like in practice.
