CLOUDLAND CANYON 50k Ultramarathon | The First Race After My 100-Miler

For my first race after running #100miles:    • Uwharrie 100 - My First 100-Mile Ultramara...  , I decided last minute to hop into the Cloudland Canyon 50K #ultramarathon in west Georgia with runbumtours (https://www.runbumtours.com/). I had never been here before so I was excited to see the new area; unfortunately the course was altered slightly this year due to flooding, but the main canyon views and waterfalls were still included. Since I had only run a handful of times between my 100 and this race, I had no real expectations other then to have fun #ultrarunning through the #mountains . My body definitely took a beating as I was dealing with overall fatigue and cramping for most of the race, but I made the best out of it and still finished strong.
