Understanding and Managing Emotions - Session 1

This introductory session explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. Staff will consider behaviour as a form of communication and gain a foundation in supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing in school. This session should be watched before moving onto session 2.
