Reballing Packard Bell TK81 With DIY BGA Rework Station

How to Reball Packard Bell TK81 - Acer Aspire 5552G with Homemade BGA rework station and low cost equipment, the laptop shows black screen, bad cooling system design caused the northbridge to overheat and fail, this laptop was previously repaired by repair shop but the repair didn't last very long, now i will reball it my way and hopefully the repair will last a few years :) Why Reballing ? The chip is soldered to the motherboard with many small solder balls (BGA) and one or more solder joints crack with time due to the thermal cycle which creates thermal stress (contraction and expansion https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal...) and the laptop stops working, old thermal paste-pad or paste-pad with bad heat conductivity and clogged cooler increase the thermal stress, with this procedure we replace the solder balls and resolder the chip to the motherboard and the laptop works again.
