According to IMD Director General Mrutyunjay Mohapatra, the system is expected to intensify into a Cyclone in the Westcentral Bay of Bengal by the morning of October 26. Although the cyclone is predicted to move in a west-northwest direction, the exact landfall point and coast remain unconfirmed at this stage.
