I Got the Double Dragon XT Early. Let's See If It's Any Good (LIVE)

Does Double Dragon still hold up, or have we been lying to ourselves since 1987? I'm live with the new Iconic Arcade Double Dragon XT arcade cabinet, playing every included game on a pre-release unit to find out what's great, what's aged badly, and whether this cabinet is worth a spot in your home arcade. We'll be playing through the original Double Dragon and everything else in the lineup. We'll look at controls, screen, emulation, and slowdown, plus the build quality and the stuff you only notice after an hour of mashing buttons. Got a question about the cabinet? Drop it in chat and I'll test it live. Games on this unit: Double Dragon Double Dragon II Double Dragon III Renegade The Combatribes Super Dodge Ball (1987) Super Dodge Ball (1996) U.S. Championship V'Ball Xain'd Sleena Shadow Force China Gate Acrobat Dog Fight Bogey Manor River City Renegade Heads up: this is a pre-release review unit provided by Iconic Arcade. Software and features may change before retail release. All opinions are my own, and I'll tell you exactly what I think, good and bad. Is Double Dragon a true classic or just nostalgia?
