Service To The People!” during the celebration in Ihembosi, Anambra State. The Ihembosi community celebrated its 2026 Iri Ji/New Yam Festival between September 23 and 26, with traditional dancing, music, cultural displays and other activities. But amid the celebrations, political chants began ringing through the gathering. “NDC!” “Service To The People!” The moment quickly transformed part of the cultural celebration into what many viewers described as an NDC carnival.
