⁠Building the RV-15 Rudder Skeleton

The rudder subframe is done — ribs, spars, and rod end bearings all installed. This is the skeleton the skins will eventually wrap around. I also made a mistake in this video and drilled out a few rivets. It happens to everyone, and it’s worth showing because the fix matters more than the error.
