Desert Perpetual Transitions / Jumping segment skips

Just some rudimentary routing for hunter transitions around the centre, a lot is time locked unfortunately, and these routes just show an easy way to traverse these segments if you don't want to do the actual jumping. Middle can probably be done considerably easier on a warlock to just bounce into the ribbon in the middle to get back to the centre, but i am not doing another campaign run-through tonight lmao.
