Chancellor's Forum: Spotlight on Judicial Security

The Philadelphia Bar Association was founded with the mission of defending the pillars of our democracy. Judicial security was critical to advancing those founding principles, including advancing the rule of law and ensuring judicial independence. With threats against judges and courthouses on the rise, there was a need in the community to discuss possible solutions. Chancellor Jen Coatsworth hosted a critical conversation between judges from all levels of the court system and the attorneys who worked in those courts about the role everyone could play in addressing this challenge. The event took place from 4-5:30 p.m. and was held virtually via Zoom. It was free to attend, but registration was required to get the Zoom link. Panelists included: ➡ Hon. Mitchell S.
