Hindi pa man nakakapagprisenta ng kahit anumang dokumento, agad tinutulan ni defense counsel Atty. Kristine Ferrer, sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte nitong Huwebes (Oktubre 8), ang pagsasapubliko ng prosekusyon ng mga tax returns ng bise at iba pang kaugnay na dokumento alinsunod aniya sa Data Privacy Act. Ayon kay Atty. Erwin Matib ng prosekusyon, tila isang "motion for reconsideration" na ang pagtutol na ito ni Ferrer dahil matatandaang ang korte na mismo ang nagpa-subpoena sa mga nasabing dokumento. Sagot ni presiding officer Chiz Escudero, saka na lamang ito tatalakayin kapag ipiprisenta na ang nasabing dokumento.
