The underside is painted, protected, and ready for assembly! In this episode, we are finally rebuilding the entire rear end of our clean-title N57/M57 manual BMW E91 Touring to get it completely track-ready for the Nürburgring. We transform our fresh chassis by hand-pressing a full set of yellow and purple Powerflex polyurethane bushes, bolting up the heavy-duty 325d inline-six diesel differential, and running custom lines. To top it all off, we upgrade the suspension geometry with a premium set of Bilstein B4 gas dampers paired with Eibach Pro-Kit progressive lowering springs! Watching this pristine, high-spec rear axle bolt back up into the car and finally lowering the wagon down onto its new wheels is the ultimate mechanical payoff for weeks of hard garage labor. If you want to see how this setup handles the track—and follow the rest of our custom garage flips and builds—make sure to hit that SUBSCRIBE button and drop a comment below! 🔩 PARTS INSTALLED IN THIS EPISODE: Bilstein B4 Gas Pressure Dampers (OEM-Plus Spec) Eibach Pro-Kit Progressive Lowering Springs (10mm-15mm Drop) Full Powerflex Polyurethane Bush Kit (Yellow & Purple) BMW 325d Heavy-Duty Manual Rear Differential (2.79 Highway Ratio) HEL performance braided brake lines #BMW #E91Touring #BilsteinB4 #EibachProKit #PowerflexBushes #ProjectCar #RearAxleRebuild #CornishOx
