Sand & Stone Black Moon is where we stayed and it was amazing!! The sea views, the location, the space was just incredible. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so special and being able to wake up and swim on basically our own private beach in the mornings was so lovely 🩵 also ideal location for walking into the centre, every beach and sunset up by the church! it was 1 minute to Bamaluz (dog friendly all year round) 5 minutes to Porthmeor 10 minutes Porthminster 9 minutes to the main little shopping streets & 5 minutes to St Nicolas Church for sunset Coffee shops & Bakeries & brunch spots ☀️☕️ Crowst St Ives (breakfast brunch) 🥑🍳🥞 The yellow canary coffee ☕️🥐 Mount Zion Coffee ☕️🥐 Moomaid of Zennor Ice cream 🍦 Yallah The Makers St Ives Bakery 🥐 Harbour view house ☕️ Skye diner breakfast brunch or lunch 🥗☕️🍳 Restaurants: The Fish shed 🍽️ Harbour st Ives fish & chips 🐟 St.EIA 🍷🍽️ Harbour view house 🍽️ Porthminster Beach Cafe ☕️🍽️ Onzo pizzeria 🍕 Ardor 🍽️🍷 Silco 🍽️ Bre cafe 🥐 Host Tal Tay (Thai) Brine 💗 One fish street Porthwidden beach cafe 🍳🍽️ Porthminster beach cafe ☀️🍽️ The balcony bar and kitchen ☀️ Pedn Olva 🍹 (rooftop food and drinks) The cabin by johns for cocktails !! Things to do in St Ives 🩵 St Ives Surf School 🏄🏼‍♀️ book a boat trip to see the wildlife 🦭🐬 Leach pottery Tate St Ives Walk along Fore Street to check out the shops 👜 Grab a pastry from Yellow canary cafe ☀️🥐 Sunbath on Porthmeor beach ☀️ Visit smeatons pier 🌊 Have breakfast at Crowst 🥚🥑 Walks 🚶🏼‍♀️🌳🌊 South west coast path has the most amazing routes! We drove to crantock and then walked to Polly Joke & Holywell beach and then did a circular loop it was amazing 🌊🦭 Tip: st Ives —- crantock 1 hour drive & we parked up at crantock around 9am and there was a few spaces left 📍 (there is a little toilet & cafe here) St Ives beaches: 🌊🦭 Porthmeor Porthminster The harbour Bamaluz (dog friendly all year round) Beaches a drive away: Porthcurno & the Minack Theatre Sennen cove St Michael’s Mount Places to explore nearby/ a drive away: ☀️Visit Penzance for the day! ☀️ I have a guide for Penzance , surrounding areas! ☀️ go to Sennen cove for the day & lands end for sunset views ☀️ visit the Eden Project for the afternoon (1 hour away) ☀️ go to Newquay for the day!
