Knole, Kent 2025

#knole #sycamore #deer #leopard It was August 2025 when we visited the Knole in Kent. A medieval estate with its history dated to 1600s and that has a huge collection of paintings and sculptures. Even the furnitures, beds and tapestries are of historic significance. As the cost to maintain such a medieval estate was enormous, the Knole was gifted to the National Trust in 1946, with the private apartments remaining in use by the owner. The park is a tranquil haven of wildlife in Sevenoaks, one can find in there : wild herd of deer, old trees (sycamore, oak etc) and a diverse habitat of scientific interest. Enjoy!
