There is something truly soul-healing about the landscapes of Kazakhstan. Today was all about connecting with nature and exploring the quiet beauty of Almaty’s landmarks. Here’s a look at our unforgettable day: 🏇 Horse Riding through the Steppes: We started the morning in the most "Kazakh" way possible. Riding through the vast, rolling hills with the wind in my face was pure happiness. The connection with the horse and the silent beauty of the mountains in the background—it’s a feeling I can’t even put into words! 🏹 Channeling My Inner Nomad: After the ride, it was time for some Traditional Archery. It’s much harder than it looks, but hitting that target for the first time was such a rush! 🎯 ⛪ Zenkov Cathedral (Ascension Cathedral): We took a quick but beautiful detour to this iconic wooden masterpiece. Located in Panfilov Park, it’s one of the tallest wooden buildings in the world and the colors are absolutely vibrant. 🌿 National Botanical Garden: Ended the day with a peaceful stroll through the Botanical Garden. It’s the perfect "green lung" of the city—so quiet, lush, and the ideal spot to reflect on such an active day. Heading to next destination from Almaty Airport to Uzbekistan to celebrate Eid al Adha !
