AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON (1981) | FIRST TIME WATCHING | HORROR COMEDY MOVIE REACTION & COMMENTARY This is my first time watching An American Werewolf in London (1981), John Landis's legendary horror comedy and one of the most influential werewolf movies ever made. In this video, you'll see my real-time reaction, commentary, and honest review as two American backpackers find themselves in a terrifying situation while travelling through the English countryside. From the mysterious Slaughtered Lamb pub and the horrifying attack on the moors to the bizarre nightmares, dark humor, and unforgettable transformation scene, this movie is unlike anything I've seen before. An American Werewolf in London perfectly blends genuine horror with some incredibly strange and hilarious moments. Rick Baker's groundbreaking practical makeup effects are absolutely incredible, and the famous werewolf transformation remains one of the most iconic scenes in horror history. What makes this movie so memorable is how effortlessly it shifts between being terrifying, funny, tragic, and completely ridiculous. 🎬 Directed by John Landis 🖊️ Written by John Landis ⭐ Starring: David Naughton, Griffin Dunne, Jenny Agutter, John Woodvine, Brian Glover 🏆 Academy Award Winner for Best Makeup (Rick Baker) 🐺 Genre: Horror, Comedy, Supernatural, Werewolf 📺 The full-length reaction and early access to upcoming uploads are available now on Patreon: 👉   / moviedatewithkate   #horror #moviereaction #80smovie
