Ingredients (3~4 people):
2 Cups: All Purpose Flour / 小麦粉 / 面粉
1/2 teaspoon: Salt / 塩 / 盐
1 tablespoon: Vegetable oil / 油
150ml: Water / 水
500g: Lamb or Beef / 羊肉・牛肉
1 Onions / 玉ねぎ / 圆葱
1 Carrot / ニンジン / 胡萝卜
1 tablespoon: Black pepper / コショウ / 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon: Cumin / クミン / 孜然粉
1/2 teaspoon: Salt / 塩 / 盐
Glazing the dough:
80g Melted butter / バター / 黄油
