Fallout 4 - Murkwater Construction Site - Part 4 - partial speed build. Running home for gamma guns

The first few minutes are at 4x speed. Hit the build limit. Sniped an Ancient Behemoth while heading home. Need Gamma Guns to increase the build limit fast, plus some gear for the settlers so they are not using pipe pistols. It's another original song I wrote at the beginning.
