Arapahoe Basin Ski Area Colorado 12/17/2023

It's a gorgeous bluebird day at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area in Colorado. The mountain is open top to bottom and there's plenty of room for everyone. The surface is hard, but well groomed, with full coverage. The terrain may be limited but the beauty of the day is without limit. It takes a while for the winter sun to pop over the ridge, but once it does, the snow surface is a bright, bright white. The Steilhang (steep slope) Hut is a perfect on-mountain rest area and the deck has expansive views of the ski area and the Continental Divide. It's a good day to have sharp edges.
