Gore: Chino feat. Deftones?

Perhaps the most polarizing release from Deftones (thus far), Gore is heavily memed for being a lackluster album. But is it really true? Is it not just the Deftones purists making everyone feel bad for not liking what they like as usual? It's complicated.
