CHEATING in Mario Kart World Using a Stopwatch

The 1.7 update in Mario Kart World made items a complete lottery at the beginning of races and it all goes back to normal after 26 secs, but Mario Kart World doesn't have a timer in the top corner like in Wii, so I brought my own. Item distro from MKBlog: https://japan-mk.blog.jp/mkworld.item-1 Note: The 1.8 update released while I was editing this, and the item distro at the start is largely similar to 1.7 with only a few changes (such as 1st not being able to pull triple shrooms in the first 21s and boo being removed entirely before 21s).
