Leaky Integrate-and-Fire neuron implemented with redstone in vanilla Minecraft. Huge potential for further optimization!!! (no pun intended) I'm not an intellectual nor a student of the topic related to this. It's sort of a hobby project. Please point out any and all errors in the demo and circuits, I'll be glad to hear from you! 🍎Some features of V3.5 neuron: LIF (Leaky Integrate-and-Fire) model, true leaky accumulator Each one supports both excitatory and inhibitory spikes, natively hex I/O Max firing rate: 1 per 10 gt (2Hz) for continuous 15 strength input, 8gt rising and 2gt falling edge output Variable refractory period (2gt - 16gt or more) Flush, vertical stackable Footprint: 8x12 sq. blocks x 2 blocks = 192 cubic blocks Inspired by WhiteStoneJazz on YouTube    / @whitestonejazz   🍎Related resources: 1.    • Making More Bio-realistic Neurons in Minec...   2. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biologi... 3.   / twoinput_integrateandfire_neuron   4.   / artificial_neuron_based_on_the_leaky   5.   / i_made_a_functioning_model_of_a_neuron   6.   / made_a_working_neuron_in_minecraft_xpost   7.   / simplified_leaky_integrateandfire_circuit_...   8.   / are_the_nodes_of_ranvier_in_neurons_analog...   🍎Chapters: 00:00 Intro 01:04 Ex Neuron V0 03:30 Input Expansion 04:42 Ex Neuron V1 06:18 Dual Neuron V3.5 08:22 Dual Neuron V4.2 10:37 Demo 12:46 8 Neuron Feedback Network 14:21 2 Neuron Clock 15:14 End
