In the Presence of Eternity

The boat glided gently across the tranquil waters of the glacier lagoon, weaving through floating icebergs that shimmered in shades of blue and white. With every passing minute, the glacier drew closer, revealing a frozen landscape that felt both timeless and alive. It was one of the most humbling moments of my journey through Iceland—and without doubt, one of the most unforgettable experiences of my travels. Standing before it, I found myself reflecting on the meaning of time. Human lives seem fleeting beside a glacier that has endured centuries of storms, seasons, and change.
