Run 029 - Chicago: Part 2, Illinois/ United States of America

Tried to find a nice pocket to do a 5km loop around the Chicago Loop, between the sunrise and the masses of pre-marathon legs getting their warm-ups in. From East Wacker Drive, west along the Riverwalk, south towards Willis Tower and then east towards the Art Institute and the Bean and then back to the beginning. Unfortunately, it was slightly overcast today, an exception for the week, but the streets were clear enough and the run was springy enough to give you hopefully a good idea of what this central part of the great American city looks like. Plus, I love running underneath the L train system. I have not yet got tired of it.
