Joining the Forth & Clyde Canal Society | 25th Anniversary Flotilla | Ep 11

On a very special day on the Forth & Clyde Canal, we joined members of the canal society aboard Voyager, the largest boat in the anniversary flotilla. In this first of two videos, you’ll meet the volunteers who keep the canal’s heritage alive, share our excitement as we tackle our first Scottish lock, and hold your breath with us as we approach a surprisingly low motorway bridge that nearly stops the journey in its tracks. It’s a day of stories, teamwork, history, and a little bit of drama, all part of celebrating 25 years since the canal’s reopening.
