Partnering with Youth Part Two: Youth-Guided Practice

Part 2 of the Partnering with Youth series focused on applying the principles of youth partnership through concrete, actionable strategies. Building on the foundational concepts established in Part 1, this training connected youth-guided care to trauma-informed and recovery-oriented frameworks. Part 2 also examined common barriers to equitable youth-adult partnerships and how to effectively address them. Participants engaged in real-life examples, case scenarios, and practice-based activities that strengthened communication and collaboration skills essential to authentic youth partnership.
