Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread!! Noreen's Kitchen

Greetings! We shared our perfect sandwich loaf and today I am expounding on that idea and sharing with you a wonderful raisin and cinnamon swirl loaf. Just a few simple and delicious additions make this bread gift worthy! You can also divide this recipe in two and make two smaller loaves to gift. If you like, you can put a simple icing glaze on top of this loaf for an extra special treat and decorate it with some halved candied cherries and green peel to look like holly and berries. Wrap this loaf in either a zip top bag or plastic wrap to keep fresh. You can also freeze the baked loaves, tightly wrapped for up to three months before thawing and serving. Because I know someone will ask, yes, you can freeze this dough for later use, after the first rise. Wrap in a zip top bag or a double layer of plastic wrap and freeze for up to six months.
