ASMR | TIK TOK FETA PASTA | MUKBANG | ASMR Phan Hi guys!! Late to the feta pasta trend but I finally did it haha. I added a lot of tomatoes since I wanted it to be saucy! I roasted the garlic whole to prevent it from burning then squeezed them out after being roasted. I added a tiny bit of sugar just to balance the sauce out so it wouldn’t be too tart from. Oregano and chili flakes added after as well to prevent it from burning or having a bitter flavor from over cooking in the oil. I didn’t add in any extra cheese since I wanted the flavor of the feta to shine along with the other fresh ingredients. I did however add in the reserved pasta water! Adding the pasta water just makes it so smooth, creamy and helps glue everything together. I absolutely love the freshness of the basil so I always add my basil at the very end along with some more fresh chopped garlic! This was a simple and yummy dish. Have you guys tried it? LOVE YOU! ❤️❤️❤️ Those asking what lipsticks I wear!
