Shree Rakta Ganesha Charya Dance

Shree Rakta Ganesha Charya Dance is a sacred religious and cultural dance associated with the ancient Newar Buddhist–Tantric tradition of Nepal. Rakta Ganesha is revered as a symbol of power, courage, prosperity, and the removal of obstacles. Through this Charya dance, the divine form, gestures, expressions, and spiritual qualities of Ganesha are artistically portrayed. Performed with traditional costumes, symbolic hand gestures, rhythmic movements, and expressive body language, this dance represents devotion, spiritual practice, and cultural heritage. It also plays an important role in preserving and passing on the rich religious and cultural traditions of the Newar community to future generations. श्री रक्त गणेश चर्या नृत्य नेपालको प्राचीन नेवार बौद्ध–तान्त्रिक परम्परासँग सम्बन्धित एक पवित्र धार्मिक तथा सांस्कृतिक नृत्य हो। रक्त गणेशलाई शक्ति, साहस, समृद्धि तथा विघ्न निवारणका प्रतीकका रूपमा श्रद्धापूर्वक पूजा गरिन्छ। यस चर्या नृत्यमार्फत गणेशको स्वरूप, मुद्रा, भावभङ्गी र आध्यात्मिक शक्तिलाई कलात्मक रूपमा प्रस्तुत गरिन्छ। परम्परागत वेशभूषा, विशेष मुद्रा, ताल र भावनात्मक अभिव्यक्तिले सजिएको यस नृत्यले धार्मिक आस्था, साधना र नेवार सांस्कृतिक सम्पदाको संरक्षणमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याउँदै आएको छ।
