Rega: The day his heart stopped whilst cycling

Chris suffered a cardiac arrest during a mountain bike ride with his son. A few months after the incident, he returns to the scene on a beautiful spring day to share a deeply moving testimony. A moment that he now views as a true rebirth. When cardiac arrest strikes, every minute counts. While Chris’s son, George, was calling for help, a woman spontaneously stopped to perform chest compressions. Community Appeal: If she recognises herself, please contact us via direct message: Chris wishes from the bottom of his heart to express his gratitude.
