🔥 72V EV Go Kart Hits 60+ MPH & Does INSANE Donuts!

⚡Full Build Specs: Chassis: Early 2000s Birel ART shifter kart frame with most original components reused Powertrain: Equipped with a QS138 90H motor with a gear reduction unit. It uses a custom axle hub and a 420 chain setup. Controller & Electronics: Powered by a FarDriver 72-680 controller, which handles all electronics including a gauge display. The entire wiring harness is custom-made. Includes a 3 speed controller and also has reverse. The controller has an accompanying app that can link via Bluetooth to control many parameters and custom tuning. Battery: Runs on a 72V 40Ah lithium battery pack. Includes an ANT BMS, which also has another app to control the settings, view per-cell charge status, etc. Power Output: Currently set to around 15 kW at the wheels, but the controller and motor can support more power (rated for 25-30kw) if you upgrade the battery. Will spin tires and drift easily, but also will hit 60mph on a smooth straight. Really fast when you’re 2” off the ground. Custom carbon fiber steering wheel and hub setup. Subaru S209 spoiler mounted at the rear. Ducati Brembo hydro handbrake installed for drifting. Nearly every single nut and bolt has been swapped for titanium to reduce weight. The seat is a size 4 carbon shifter kart seat, which won’t accommodate much bigger than a 34” waist size. I have full CAD files of the entire build.
